Key Responsibilities
Creative Task Management
- Plan, assign, and monitor all creative tasks based on client briefs and content calendars.
- Track project timelines and update stakeholders on status and any roadblocks.
Maintain real-time visibility of team capacity and upcoming workload.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between brand managers, strategists, and creative teams.
- Facilitate seamless handovers, clarifying briefs, objectives, and brand nuances.
- Align daily deliverables with content calendars and campaign milestones.
Reporting & Documentation
- Ensure timely sharing of Start-of-Day (SoD) and End-of-Day (EoD) reports.
- Maintain structured documentation of tasks, revisions, and approvals.
Proofing & Quality Control
- Review all content, designs, and videos before sharing with internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous checks for grammar, factual accuracy, brand tone, and visual alignment.
Job Requirement
Process Ownership
- Ensure content delivery adheres strictly to schedules and brand guidelines.
- Oversee file and folder hygiene, standard naming conventions, and creative asset management.
- Prepare and organise decks, links, or folders for reviews with complete readines
