Creative Content Intern (AI & Design)

We are looking for a visually-driven Creative Content Intern with a "Product-First" mindset. You will bridge the gap between complex AI research and high-impact storytelling on LinkedIn, with a clear conversion pathway to a full-time role.

You won't just be "posting to social media." You will be the visual voice of an AI startup. You will translate dense technical breakthroughs into sleek LinkedIn carousels, high-production videos, and professional presentations using a mix of Adobe Creative Suite and Generative AI tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Slide & Carousel Design: Design high-end LinkedIn carousels and pitch decks using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Video Editing & Motion: Create product demos and brand teasers using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, integrated with AI video tools (Runway, HeyGen).
• AI Content Pipeline: Use LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) to script technical content and Gen-AI (Midjourney/DALL-E) to generate unique brand assets.
• LinkedIn Growth: Manage the RBG.AI company page, optimizing posts for engagement and tracking growth metrics.

• Phase 1: Observation (Months 12): Learn our brand voice, understand our AI products (NLP, Vision, Gen-AI), and assist in basic asset creation.
• Phase 2: Paid Internship (Months 38): 20,000/month. Take ownership of the content calendar and lead the production of weekly video/slide content with full mentorship.
• Phase 3: Full-Time Conversion: High performers will transition into a permanent role (Creative Content Lead or Growth Marketer) with a competitive package.

• Design + AI: You won't be stuck in "old school" design workflows. You will be at the forefront of AI-assisted creativity.
• Direct Impact: Your work will be the first thing investors, clients, and future hires see when they look at RBG.AI.
• Mentorship: Work alongside AI researchers to understand the tech you are visualizing. We develop future leaders, not just executors.
