Were hiring a Creative Associate who can translate philosophy into visuals.

You will create high-quality digital content across formats posts, reels, ads, landing visuals that feel refined, intelligent, and aligned with a biology-first brand.

This role requires hands-on execution.

• Create static posts, carousels, reels, ad creatives
• Assist in campaign visual development
• Edit short-form video content
• Maintain brand visual consistency
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand narrative
• Support performance marketing creative needs
• Work closely with Organic Lead & Founder
  

• Advanced design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva Pro)
• Strong reel editing skills (Premiere / CapCut / VN / etc.)
• Hands on experience with AI tools (Midjourney / Firefly / Runway / ChatGPT / Nano Banana / Veo / Whisk / Flow / HIggsfield /etc. .) Portfolio / samples are a must
• Understanding of performance ad creatives
• Ability to create UGC-style + premium-style content
• Clean aesthetic sense (not cluttered, not loud)
  

• 24 years digital content experience
• Strong portfolio required
• Understands brand positioning
• Can move fast without losing quality
• Curious about biology, skincare science, and human individuality
