We are restructuring into an AI-First Execution Company. This role sits at the centre of that shift. You will not just design, you will Integrate AI into live client workflows and help build scalable creative systems.

This is a build phase role for someone who wants to operate beyond traditional design.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Associate - AI Implementation, based in South Delhi.

• Implement AI Tools across active client projects
• Build repeatable prompt frameworks and creative workflows
• Reduce turnaround time and revision cycles
• Support performance led multi format creative scaling
• Improve margin through smarter execution
• Help build the next generation of creative systems

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in design, creative production and digital execution
• Exposure to brand system thinking with Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools
• Active experimentation in AI 2D and 3D Visual workflows
• Understanding JSON based or structured output workflows
• Exposure to generative video tools and visual pre visualisation systems.

Systems Thinking

• Approaches creative work as a problem solving exercise
• Comfortable building workflows from scratch
• Interested in bridging creative direction with technical execution
