About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integrated Designer with strong expertise in print and visual design to support global client projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role requires advanced design capabilities, strong brand compliance awareness, and the ability to translate complex data into visually compelling outputs. You will collaborate closely with client-facing and studio teams to deliver high-quality creative assets that meet global standards.

What Youll Do

Produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, posters, static banners, charts/graphs, templates, and illustrations

Redraw graphs and enhance visual elements to ensure clarity and brand consistency

Create isometric illustrations and visually compelling artwork to represent data effectively

Develop custom InDesign layouts with strong attention to typography and visual hierarchy

Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards

Manage multiple parallel projects within tight turnaround timelines

Interpret and validate client briefs to ensure accurate execution

Support job tracking and documentation for accurate billing and reporting

Assist in QC reviews and maintain best practices in production workflows

Proactively troubleshoot design challenges and offer appropriate solutions

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in Print and Graphic Design (Art working, Layout Design) within a corporate/service-oriented environment

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Proven expertise in creating static banners, brochures, posters, and visual data presentations

Strong experience in client-facing or customer-support environments with tight deadlines

High customer service orientation and professionalism

Strong visual design sense with attention to layout harmony, typography, and aesthetics

Ability to interpret client instructions accurately and execute with precision

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of MS Office

Professional communication skills, including email writing

Flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends when required

Knowledge of external print processes (desirable)

Exposure to Figma or Sketch (desirable)
