Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Art Director, based in our Gurugram office. The Creative Art Director will lead creative direction and art strategies, oversee branding and design initiatives, and manage the execution of high-quality graphics and visual solutions. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, directing creative projects from conception to completion, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. The Art Director will also mentor creative team members and contribute to building impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to design and execute impactful campaigns
  • Proficiency in Branding, including brand strategy development and maintaining consistent identity systems
  • Strong skills in Graphics and visual storytelling with an understanding of design principles and tools
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative Creative Strategies to support marketing and branding goals
  • Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in brand marketing or creative agencies, preferably with exposure to real estate or consumer brands
  • Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • An understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to incorporate feedback into creative execution
