Position Title: Creative and Copy strategist

Employer: Loch Corporate Services Private Limited

Location: Gurugram, India (Work from Office mandatory)

Position Type: Full time

Reports To: Manager Performance Marketing

Aligned With: Australian Team

Working Hours: Mon- Friday, 07:30 AM 03:30 PM IST (8 Hours)

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience

Purpose of the Role

Were looking for a Creative & Copy Strategist who sits at the intersection of big ideas, persuasive copy, and performance marketing. This role owns creative strategy end-to-endfrom research and ideation to execution, testing, and iterationensuring every creative & Content (Static and Ad videos) decision drives measurable growth.

Youll work across with media buyers, CRO executives, designers and editors to build scalable creative systems for paid media, landing pages, and digital campaigns.



Responsibilities and Duties

  • Carry out creative duties from creative planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting. Translate business goals, offers, and audience insights into high-performing creative angles, hooks and concepts.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketers, Media Buyers, CRO Executives, Designers, Video Editors, and UGC Creators to scale what works.
  • Present creative strategies, campaign ideas, and scripts confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Balance new concept creation vs. optimization and iterations of winning creatives.
  • Write and oversee ad copies, scripts, Reels, landing page copy (non-website), captions, Emailers, WhatsApp messages & SMS.
  • Collaborate with New teams on creative and concept ideation.
  • Carry out in-depth research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Ensure all copy and concepts align with brand tone while being optimized for conversion.
  • Proactively propose moment marketing and topical content based on relevant trends and conversations. Stay fully up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving creative best practices.
  • Provide visual and creative direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from you. Brief creators, editors, and designers with clear, actionable instruction.
  • Work on revisions on all tasks based on internal or external feedback and setting and sticking to self-set practical, realistic timelines that allow enough time for ideation and finesse but also meet Brand goals.
  • Actively participate throughout the production processfrom ideation to final delivery across ads and other digital content.
  • Continuously improve creative output using performance insights and experimentation.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelors degree in related niche or Certification in Copyrighting/creative strategy.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Creative strategy, Copy & Script writing ideally in an Lead generation setup.
  • Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build performance-driven creative & short video strategies for paid media.
  • Deep understanding of audience psychology, conversion principles, and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience working with Meta ads, landing page copy, reels, statics, and performance creatives. (Kindly share your top performing asset link, Scripts, creative, Reel if shortlisted for an interview)
  • Ability to manage Medium-volume creative & Reels output.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and moment marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word, Power point).


Itd Be Great If You Had

  • Certifications in Creative strategy, Copy & Script writing.
  • Experience with tools like Sprout Social, audience or any other Social listening Martech tool.
  • Used AI tools (SORA, GPT, Mid-Journey, etc) to illustrate ideation concepts for the briefs.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Worked for any Law or legal client in the lead generation space.
