Creative AI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI prompts (for text, image, and video generation) to support editing, copy, and design automation.
• Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and creative teams to translate creative briefs into effective AI-assisted workflows.
• Create and maintain a prompt library tailored to post-production requirements (e.g., shot descriptions, scene transitions, visual treatments, localization scripts).
• Test, evaluate, and document AI tool performance (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).
• Work with post-production and automation teams to integrate AI models into existing pipelines (e.g., metadata tagging, script generation, QC automation).
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to video and design production.
• Train internal teams on how to effectively use prompts for creative and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Film, Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 24 years of experience in post-production, creative technology, or AI-driven content creation .
• Proficiency in prompt crafting for tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
• Understanding of post-production workflows editing, motion graphics, VFX, sound design, and asset management.
• Strong sense of creative language, storytelling, and visual aesthetics .
• Ability to bridge communication between creative and technical teams .
• Passion for experimenting with emerging technologies in a production environment.
