This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEMCO is scheduled to hold interviews in India. Mumbai (January 27-28) and Pune (Jan 28-30)

As a Crane Operator, you'll safely operate tower cranes, mobile cranes, or construction cranes at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for lifting, moving, and placing materials according to project plans, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency in all crane operations.

About Your Team

Youll work within the Plant & Equipment division, collaborating closely with crane engineers, logistics teams, and safety officers to ensure seamless crane operations. From planned maintenance to urgent repairs, your input will help keep critical lifting operations on schedule and incident-free.

Your Role

• Operate tower cranes, mobile cranes, or construction cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Lift, move, and position materials as per project requirements and instructions.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of cranes.
• Inspect crane components, report any defects, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with riggers, supervisors, and site personnel to coordinate lifting operations.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents on site.
• Maintain accurate records of operating hours, loads lifted, and any incidents.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 37 years of crane operating experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Valid crane operator license/certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge of crane safety regulations, signals, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read lifting plans and work with rigging teams.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in varying site conditions.
