- Grade SpecificKey Requirements:Customer Orientation – Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.Communication & Coordination – Excellent communication skills and ability to manage virtual teams effectively.English Proficiency – Fluent in both written and spoken English.Technical Certifications – Advanced Cisco certifications (CCNP) with a minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience.Network Design – Experience in designing network topologies, IP planning, and routing solutions; ability to create solution templates.Routing Protocols – Deep knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP (basic and DMVPN).Troubleshooting – Capable of N3-level troubleshooting in routing, IPsec, and WLAN.Wi-Fi/WLAN Expertise – Strong understanding of Cisco WLC and Wi-Fi technologies.Management Protocols – Proficient in SNMP and AAA (ISE).Optional Technologies – Familiarity with Meraki, Fortinet ASA, Palo Alto, etc. is a plus.
