Role: CPG Lead Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set: Thorough understanding CPG Industry

Desired Experience Range: 13-18 Years

Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

• Experience of working with International renowned leaders in one of the following CPG Industries
• Dairy Products: Cheese, Yogurt, Powder, Milk based other products
• Food and Beverages: Meat, Rice based products, Aerated drinks, Alcoholic beverages, Ice cream
• Homecare, Personal Care, Beauty: Shampoo, Nutritional products, Detergents, Skincare, Beauty care, Fragrances
• Should have good understanding of either Supply chain process or manufacturing process in one of the above industries
• Should have implemented or led IT implementation programs in Supply Chain or in Manufacturing

Good-to-Have:

• Good Communication skills
• Knowledge of Warehouse management
• Industry 4.0, Smart Factory
• Dark factory implementation
• Ability to justify initiative on basis of return on investments

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:

Front end conversations with customers to understand their business challenges

Ideate and Conceptualize solutions to transform customers IT landscape in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing giving transformative solutions specific to client pain points or areas of weakness

Keep up to date with industry trends, movement in leaders in this vertical segment and ensure solutions are futuristic
