Job Title: Couples & Relationship Therapist
Location: Powai, Mumbai (In-Clinic Role)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work hours: 6 days a week. Monday is the fixed weekly off.
Typical patient hours: 11 am 7 pm (weekdays) and 10 am 8 pm (weekends).

Job Description:
We are looking for a formally trained Couples Therapist with structured experience in evidence-based relational models to join our Powai clinic. The role involves working with couples and individuals in an in-person clinical setup and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver structured, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct couples therapy and individual therapy sessions
- Manage high-conflict and emotionally intense relational dynamics
- Develop structured case formulations and treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members for integrated care
- Participate in supervision and case discussions
- Conduct assessments and engage in report writing (for Clinical Psychologists, as applicable)
- Contribute to psychoeducational workshops/webinars
Eligibility Criteria:
- Clinical Psychologist OR Counselling Psychologist with formal training in couples therapy
- 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (clinic experience preferred)
- Applicants should currently be based in Mumbai
Mandatory Requirement:
Formal training in couples therapy models such as:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Gottman Method
- Integrative / Systemic Couples Therapy
Or equivalent evidence-based relational modalities
Please note: Candidates without formal couples therapy training will not be considered. Also, certifications of your training would be required during the interview process.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of attachment dynamics and relational cycles
- Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, etc.)
- Ability to manage structured therapy processes in a clinic setting
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a growing organisation
