Job Title: Coupa Techno-Functional Architect (Non-SAP)

Summary

We are hiring a Coupa Techno-Functional Architect to design, implement, and support Coupa Procure-to-Pay solutions. The role involves hands-on Coupa configuration, integrations with ERP systems (including SAP), stakeholder engagement, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Coupa P2P solutions aligned with business needs
• Provide day-to-day Coupa administration, support, and enhancements
• Act as the primary technical contact for business, partners, and Coupa support
• Design and manage integrations between Coupa and ERP/Finance/HR systems
• Lead SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support
• Configure approvals, requisition forms, custom fields, punchouts, roles, and dashboards
• Drive supplier enablement, cXML integrations, and vendor UAT
• Manage Coupa releases, sandbox refreshes, audits, and support tickets
• Conduct user training and prepare project documentation
• Generate ad-hoc reports and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Coupa P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, SIM, Sourcing, Contracts, and Analytics
• Hands-on Coupa configuration and integration experience
• Knowledge of REST APIs (JSON/XML), flat files, and SFTP
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of Coupa experience as a Techno-Functional / Solution Architect
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Coupa implementations
• Coupa certifications preferred
• Consulting experience is a plus
