Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa S2C, SIM, P2P, and Expense modules. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, support, and enhancement of Coupa platform, handling incidents and service requests, working closely with end users, and ensuring smooth procurement operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Coupa configuration, approval workflows, supplier management, and master data management, along with exposure to Agile methodology and JIRA-based ticketing systems.


Key Responsibilities

Coupa Configuration & Platform Management

  • Configure and maintain Coupa modules including S2C, P2P, Supplier Information Management (SIM), and Expense.
  • Design and configure approval chains, business rules, forms, and workflows within the Coupa platform.
  • Manage Customer Objects, SIM forms, and custom configurations as per business requirements.
  • Perform configuration updates, testing, and deployment of enhancements.

Application Support & AMS Activities

  • Handle Incidents, Service Requests (SR), and Work Requests (WR) through JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Coupa platform issues and troubleshoot system problems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of procurement processes.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Master Data & User Management

  • Manage master data elements such as Chart of Accounts (COA), suppliers, users, and procurement catalog data.
  • Maintain and update user roles, access permissions, and system security.
  • Ensure proper data governance and compliance within the Coupa platform.

Supplier Management (SIM)

  • Configure and manage Supplier Information Management (SIM) forms and workflows.
  • Support supplier onboarding, data validation, and supplier profile updates.
  • Ensure smooth supplier collaboration within the Coupa ecosystem.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to end users for issue resolution and system usage.
  • Conduct system testing and support UAT activities.

Agile & Project Delivery

  • Work in an Agile environment supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
  • Track and manage work items using JIRA.
  • Participate in daily standups and project review meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 56 years of experience in Coupa platform configuration and AMS support.
  • Strong experience in Coupa modules S2C, P2P, SIM, and Expense.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Approval chains and workflow configuration
  • Customer objects and forms
  • Supplier onboarding and SIM configuration
  • Master data management and COA
  • Experience working with JIRA ticketing system for incident and change management.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodology.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
