Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant you will leverage your expertise in Coupa solutions to drive procurement and supply chain efficiency. With a focus on optimizing processes you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage Coupa modules ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization. Your role will involve utilizing Generative AI and API skills to enhance system capabilities contributing to the companys strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Coupa modules ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Oversee the optimization of procurement processes using Coupa Procure Eprocurement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide expert guidance on Coupa InvoiceEInvCompliance to ensure compliance with financial regulations and streamline invoicing processes.
- Manage Coupa PayPayments&discounts to facilitate smooth payment operations and maximize discount opportunities.
- Utilize Coupa Expense T&E Mgmt to improve travel and expense management ensuring policy compliance and cost control.
- Implement Coupa Contract Mgmt Automate to automate contract lifecycle management reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
- Oversee Coupa Inventory Management to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain responsiveness.
- Conduct Coupa Spend Analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Manage Coupa Supplier Management to enhance supplier relationships and ensure supplier performance meets company standards.
- Utilize Coupa Strategic Sourcing to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and achieve procurement objectives.
- Apply Generative AI and API skills to enhance Coupa system capabilities and support innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Coupa solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Coupa solutions including InvoiceEInvCompliance PayPayments&discounts and Expense T&E Mgmt.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Coupa Procure Eprocurement Contract Mgmt Automate and Inventory Management.
- Have experience in Coupa Spend Analysis Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing.
- Exhibit skills in Generative AI and API to enhance system functionalities.
- Understand Supply Chain Management Contracts & Agreements and Supply Chain procurement (P2P).
- Experience in Finance & Accounting and Industry Essentials is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.
