Coupa Consultant (3 to 8 Years)

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant to support invoicing, operational processes, and ongoing system support for a multinational manufacturing and technology organisation. The role is based out of Bangalore and requires work from client office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support Coupa implementation projects including solution design, configuration testing and deployment
• Conduct end user training along with creation of training material and user guides
• Interact with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify improvement areas and gaps/bugs in the tool
• Recommend enhancements within the tool or process along with new product release features to improve efficiency
• Support clients using Coupa for day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues where needed
• Configure Coupa based on client needs and best practices including optimizing workflows, enforcing compliance, setting up budget controls and loading data into the system
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Coupa and ERP systems e.g. SAP, Oracle

Qualifications

3 to 8 Years of Experience in Coupa configuration and Support

Coupa Certification e.g. Coupa Platform, Procurement and Invoicing modules

Exposure to change management and training delivery

Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
