TCI, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking an experienced professional to lead freight forwarding operations for TCI Bangladesh and manage cross-border logistics across East and North-Eastern India. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional with strong operational expertise, industry networks, and international exposure.

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations from Kolkata office
• Oversee Bangladesh operations, including coordination with Chittagong port
• Handle cross-border transportation across Road, Sea, Air, and Rail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and partners
• Monitor documentation, compliance, and customs processes
• Track operational reports (MIS, DSR, ECR) and performance metrics
• Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, and customers
• Support business development and identify potential clients

• 1015 years of experience in NVOCC / International Freight Forwarding / Customs / Operations
• Strong knowledge of container movement, port operations, and compliance processes
• Hands-on experience managing operations at Chittagong Port
• Understanding of manifest processes and DG cargo handling procedures
• Expertise in Bills of Lading and export documentation
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (mandatory)
• Well-traveled for business; must be comfortable with international travel
