Country Head – School Partnerships (India & Australia Programs)

We are a fast-expanding international EdTech company working closely with schools to deliver innovative global learning opportunities. As we continue to expand our partnerships, we are seeking a smart, dynamic, and well-connected professional to lead our school partnerships in India.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with schools, principals, and management teams, and experience working within the school ecosystem. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships with schools, presenting international education programs, and strengthening collaboration between schools in India and Australia.

This is a leadership role suited for someone who is energetic, confident in presentations, and passionate about working with schools and education leaders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, and management teams across India.
• Develop a strong network of partner schools interested in global learning opportunities.
• Serve as the primary representative of the company for school partnerships in India.

• Present the companys international education programs and initiatives to school leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and webinars with school management and parent communities.
• Promote innovative educational opportunities that support student development and global exposure.

• Identify and onboard new partner schools across key cities in India.
• Develop strategies to expand the companys school network and program participation.
• Achieve partnership growth and engagement goals.

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate international education programs and school collaborations.
• Support partner schools with planning and participation in global learning initiatives and educational programs.

• Provide insights into school trends, opportunities, and educational needs in India.
• Identify new opportunities for expanding partnerships and strengthening school engagement.

• Strong existing connections with schools, principals, or school management teams in India.
• Prior experience working with schools, education institutions, or education programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently present programs to school leaders, management teams, and parents.
• Strong networking and partnership development skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to schools across India when required.

• Background in education, EdTech, school partnerships, or international education programs.
• Strong understanding of the school ecosystem in India.
• Energetic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Professional, well-spoken, and confident in engaging with senior education leaders.
• Passionate about building meaningful partnerships with schools and educators.
