Role Summary

The Counselor / University Expert conducts in-depth Video consultations with qualified leads. This role focuses on eligibility assessment, detailed program explanation, objection handling, and conversion. The counselor represents BS EduWorlds partner universities and ensures a premium, trustworthy advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Video counseling sessions with qualified leads

Deep-dive into candidate background, goals, and eligibility

Explain program structure, accreditation, timelines, and commercials

Handle advanced objections and trust-related concerns

Guide candidates through documentation and next steps

Close enrollments / nominations ethically and professionally

Update counseling outcomes and remarks in the CRM

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent presentation and consultation skills

Strong objection-handling and closing ability

Confidence in discussing accreditation, rankings, and outcomes

Professional demeanor suitable for senior professionals

Relationship-building mindset

Preferred Qualifications

38 years in education counseling, academic sales, or consulting

Exposure to international education or executive programs preferred

Strong command of English (additional languages a plus)
