Key Responsibilities

Conduct counselling sessions (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email) with prospective students and parents.
Understand student goals, educational background, and recommend appropriate PW courses.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrolments.
Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Provide accurate information about fees, schedules, batch formats, and learning outcomes.
Achieve weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Work with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, Psychology, or related field).
13+ years of experience in student counselling, admissions, inside sales, or client communication (EdTech preferred).
Empathetic listener with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries.
