Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on degree programs.

Understand each students academic background, career aspirations, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.

Drive enrollments by building trust, resolving queries, and guiding students through the admission process.

Maintain a student-first approach to ensure a smooth counseling experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.

Consistently achieve and exceed enrollment targets through structured follow-ups and relationship management.

Stay updated on degree programs, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Record all student interactions and data accurately in CRM systems.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

fresher with experience in inside sales or counseling (preferably in EdTech or higher education).

Proven track record of achieving sales/enrollment targets.

Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Student-centric mindset and ability to handle high lead volumes.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an added advantage.

Freshers with prior internship experience are also welcome!
