The Role

We are hiring Counsellors and Senior Counsellors to work closely with students and families through high-stakes educational decisions.

This is a depth-first, judgment-led role. The work centers on long-form 1:1 conversations, structured reflection, and thoughtful guidance over time. We do not operate on scripts, templates, or volume targets. Our focus is helping families think clearly when the path ahead isnt obvious.

These are senior, high-trust roles, suited for professionals who bring perspective, maturity, and comfort with intellectual complexity.

What Youll Do

• Work 1:1 with students and families through sustained, high-trust conversations
• Help students reason through academic choices, interests, and long-term direction
• Slow decisions down when needed and bring clarity without prescribing outcomes
• Take ownership of your cases and structure your work with autonomy and care
• Contribute to a small, thoughtful team that values judgment over process

Who This Role Is For

• Professionals with 7+ years of experience working closely with students or young adults
• Individuals who enjoy helping families reason well rather than offering pre-packaged answers
• Comfort with ambiguity you help clarify thinking, not force conclusions
• Self-directed professionals who value autonomy and take responsibility for their work
• Backgrounds in education, counselling, mentoring, psychology, or adjacent fields
