This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor based in Hyderabad. The Counsellor will provide personalized guidance to students seeking education in Europe, helping them select suitable courses and universities. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end application process, assisting with visa processing and documentation, offering advice on scholarships, providing cultural readiness support, and conducting mock interviews. The role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to stay updated on admission requirements and procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to provide personalized guidance
• Strong research skills to stay updated on European education systems, universities, and application criteria
• Organizational and time management skills to manage applications and documentation processes
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions
• Prior experience in educational counseling or knowledge of European education systems is preferred
• Graduate degree in education, counseling, or a related field
