Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated counseling psychologist to join the Sukoon team. If you are passionate about mental health and treating patients with utmost care and excellence, Sukoon is the right place for you!

Responsibilities

Conduct daily rounds of IPD setup

Keep residents engaged through sessions and recreational activities.

Execute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical Director.

Suggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organization.

Collaborate with other departments when needed.

Maintain a patient-first approach.

Help in PR activities through workshops and CMEs

Mental Gym sessions

Art-based therapy sessions

Family intervention

Qualifications

M.A Psychology from an accredited university

Hospital experience preferable

Familiarity with current DSM criteria

Strong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
