Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

PQE - 6- 8 years

Role Overview:

We are looking to interview and bring on board dynamic and motivated Corporate Lawyers looking for a break and an opportunity to excel in our corporate M&A teams in NCR. The ideal candidates should have in-depth transactional experience across sectors, the ability to independently manage complex corporate cross border M&A matters and be able to work in collaboration with different practice teams.

Expertise in the Corporate Practice :

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Cross border transactions
• Corporate Restructuring and Compliance
• Strong technical, due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation and client management skills.
