Costing - Process Associate – English – Remote RO

Responsibilities

Work closely with underwriters, experts and other departments in order to handle tasks on time with high quality.

Prioritize the workload in order to meet audit SLA and accuracy requirements.

Review, check and gather insurance and legal documentation.

Review insurance submission data for accuracy and completeness.

Reflect insurance policy terms, conditions into the systems.

Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation attached.

Ensure that the entered values are correct.

Maintain and update the SOP to reflect the business requirements and portfolio specifics.

Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.

Updating the working procedures periodically.

Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate.

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager.
