Key Responsibilties:

Strategic Leadership & Team Setup - Establish and lead the Costing Center of Excellence in India.
Costing Tool Implementation - Drive the deployment of digital costing tools ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Standard Costing Methodology, Cost Model Development and Benchmarking - Drive the deployment of new Standard Costing methodology across the team in India and ensure compliance
Reporting & Analysis - Consolidate and report monthly gap-to-benchmark analyses, Costing coverages and evolutions against defined KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement - Global team engagement and co-ordination with divisional Costing teams, Product Lines, Purchasing teams and other stakeholder
