Cost Leader - Data Centers UAE

We are looking for a Cost Management Specialist with strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight within data center projects . This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in project cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting .

Salary: INR 40 to 60 Lace Per Annum

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflows
• Track actual vs planned costs and analyze variances
• Support project teams in cost planning and procurement control
• Prepare MIS and executive reports for senior management
• Assist in risk identification and cost optimization strategies

• Experience: 512 years in data center project cost management / project controls
• Strong skills: Budgeting, cost control, reporting, and financial analysis
• Preferred: Exposure to CEO/MD office reporting or senior leadership communication
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
