Bachelors degree in civil engineering from reputed University.
Preferably CCP/PMP or NICMAR graduates with proven Experience in Construction and Project Management
Cost Estimation experience in Middle east will be preferred
Strong understanding of Basics of Cost Planning, Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveying
Knowledge of Cost Engineering practices and principles, terminology and theories
Knowledge of various design stages and corresponding cost estimates
Having knowledge of Value Engineering and Cost Control process
Good knowledge of architectural & structural items pricing
Hands-on experience on Electro-mechanical pricing
Experience and knowledge of item Rate-analysis
Expertise in Microsoft office, REVIT, Auto CAD, etc.
Excellent communication skill/Proficiency in English speaking and writing
Can work as a team member and independently with guidance
Office Location is Pune and Bengaluru
Work from office - 4 days in a week

Cost Engineer
