Cosmetic Formulator – (Skin Care)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cosmetic Formulator (Skin Care) located in Coimbatore. In this role, the Cosmetic Formulator will be responsible for formulating, testing, and optimizing innovative skincare products. The responsibilities include researching ingredients, developing stable and effective product formulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and production. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute to the development of exceptional skincare solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cosmetic formulation, ingredient selection, and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for skincare product development
• Experience in research and innovation within the cosmetic or skincare industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• Familiarity with sustainable and clean beauty formulation practices is a plus
