Key Responsibilities
1. Lead F&A Digital Transformation Strategy & Delivery
- Head the global F&A Digital Transformation practice, driving solutioning, advisory, and innovation across the S2P, Q2C, R2R, FP&A, and Finance Intelligence value chains.
- Develop domain-led, technology-enabled solution blueprints integrating Hyper-automation, BPM, Cognitive Intelligence, Analytics, and BPaaS platforms.
- Drive end-to-end transformation engagements including discovery, process mapping, opportunity identification, benchmarking, and future-state design.
2. Solutioning & Sales Enablement
- Lead solution design for large strategic deals, RFPs, and transformation-led pursuits across WNS business units.
- Partner with sales and account teams to create compelling digital transformation roadmaps, articulating how multi-lever technology interventions elevate the digital quotient of client operations.
- Present solutions confidently to client senior leadership (CFO, Controllers, Finance Directors), influencing decision-making and co-creation outcomes.
3. Client Transformation Roadmap & Architecture Ownership
- Conduct detailed as-is assessments, persona analysis, and data-driven discovery to identify transformation opportunities.
- Develop Gold Standard Process Roadmaps and translate them into integrated functional and technical architectures.
- Build transformation business cases with clear cost-benefit analyses, tangible/non-tangible value drivers, and outcome-focused commercial constructs (including gain-share models).
4. Collaboration with Technology, Product & Innovation Teams
- Partner with internal tech and product teams to evaluate, configure, and deploy the right platforms and tools aligned to transformation roadmaps.
- Assess emerging technologies specific to F&A and collaborate with alliances to onboard, certify, and operationalize them.
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs, workflow engines, RPA bots, and cognitive services across transformation initiatives.
5. Drive Revenue Growth & New Value Streams
- Identify, shape, and convert consulting-led and transformation-led opportunities into revenue.
- Lead the creation of proactive proposals for existing accounts, ensuring every top client has a defined and actionable digital roadmap.
- Build thought leadership and reusable frameworks that scale transformation adoption across WNS.
6. Build & Govern the Process Discovery & Transformation COE
- Own and lead the Process Discovery COE, establishing standardized methodologies for capturing as-is processes, extracting data insights, and designing future-state blueprints.
- Ensure every enterprise account has a documented, measurable transformation pipeline with proactive opportunity creation.
- Drive capability building, asset creation, best practice development, and internal stakeholder education.
