Job Title: Training Manager Fashion Buying & Leadership Development

Were looking for a dynamic Training Leader to elevate fashion buying and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

What Youll Drive:

Design impactful training programs for Fashion Buyers & Category Leaders

Strengthen skills in assortment planning, trend forecasting & retail analytics

Enable margin optimization, costing & smart vendor negotiations

Build expertise in private label development & lifecycle management

Create blended learning journeys (classroom, virtual, simulations, live cases)

Measure training ROI with data-backed performance insights

Partner with Business Heads & HR to build strong leadership pipelines

Ideal Profile:

MBA/PG with 812 years experience (46 years in L&D)

Strong exposure to fashion retail, buying or merchandising

Analytical, strategic and stakeholder-savvy professional
