Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer based in Coimbatore. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs tailored to corporate needs, conducting workshops, evaluating training effectiveness, and updating course materials. The role involves identifying skill gaps, providing coaching, and ensuring trainees achieve professional growth and proficiency in relevant domains.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in delivering training programs related to software courses and corporate skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design curriculum, develop training materials, and use advanced teaching methodologies
• Experience in conducting workshops and providing hands-on, practical training
• Adaptability to tailor training methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Proven ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness
• Experience in using technology and tools for e-learning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
