This role follows a fixed day shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) Monday to Friday. Candidates currently working night shifts and looking to transition to a stable day shift are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Pune (Onsite Viman Nagar)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST
Experience Required: 2 4 Years in US Technical Recruitment
About the Role:
We are hiring a Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in US Technical Recruitment, particularly in LinkedIn sourcing and Excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment for our Corporate Vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate openings.
- Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean search, talent mapping, passive hiring).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure excellent candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and consistently meet hiring targets.
Mandatory Skills:
- 2 4 years of experience in US Technical Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting.
- Strong understanding of IT/Technical roles (Developers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and close positions within deadlines.
