Location: Bangalore Onsite (5 Days a Week)

Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST (Middle/UK Shift)

Office Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Were looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who has handled in-house hiring for US Recruiters within their organisation.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in in-house recruitment for US staffing teams
Strong understanding of how US Recruiters operate (VMS, C2C/W2, sourcing channels, etc.)
Proven experience hiring US IT Recruiters / US Staffing professionals
Strong sourcing, screening & stakeholder management skills
Must be currently based in Bangalore
Open to working 3 PM 12 AM IST
Comfortable working onsite (5 days a week)

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who understands the US staffing ecosystem and has directly hired recruiters for US markets within their own organization.
