Job Description


Honeybee Wax India, a Gurgaonbased manufacturer of professional depilatory waxes and related products, is looking for a Corporate Salon Business Manager to drive our growth with large salon chains across India. This role will lead our trainers and sales associates to ensure strong product education, insalon activation and sustainable revenue growth.


LOCATION:

  • Gurgaon Head Office
  • Officebased role with regular travel for key account meetings, trainings and salon visits (approx. 812 days/month)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire and manage large salon chains and corporate salon groups to expand Honeybee Wax Indias professional footprint across India.
  • Build and manage relationships with salon owners, purchase heads and technical heads; present proposals and close commercial agreements for our professional wax portfolio.
  • Lead and manage a team of professional trainers and sales associates (targets, routing, coaching, performance reviews).
  • Plan and oversee salon trainings, demos and education programs that drive usage and repeat orders.
  • Own monthly/annual sales targets for the corporate & chain salon segment; track performance and share regular MIS with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and finance for schemes, visibility, stock, billing and issue resolution.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Cosmetology or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 58 years experience in B2B / keyaccount sales, ideally in professional beauty, salon, cosmetics or FMCG; prior chainsalon / beauty keyaccount experience preferred.
  • Experience managing field trainers and/or sales teams is an advantage.


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strongrelationshipbuilding, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of salon operations and professional beauty services.
  • Proven team leadership and performance management abilities.
  • Target and dataoriented; comfortable with Excel/CRM and sales reporting.
  • High ownership, selfmotivation and willingness to travel as per business needs.
