Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with a strong background in premium FMCG and lifestyle retail. This individual will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong retail and corporate gifting channels across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate gifting, bulk orders, and wholesale segments.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, event planners, and retail partners to drive repeat business.
HoReCa: Build a database of target Hotels, Restaurants, Spas, Clinics, Offices Product Promotion & Pitching:
Educate potential clients about Goodmelts' unique value proposition and customized gifting solutions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive brand presence and revenue.
What Were Looking For:
5 to 14 years of experience in premium FMCG or lifestyle products, preferably in home fragrance, beauty, or personal care.
Proven track record of opening new retail channels and achieving sales targets.
Strong network with boutique store owners, modern trade buyers, and corporate gifting agencies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with a founder-style hustle.
