We are seeking a full-time Corporate Sales Specialist for an on-site position based in Pune. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include managing sales pipelines, developing business development strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a critical role in promoting our services and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Proficiency in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management
- Strong experience in Sales and Business Development processes
- Exceptional skills in Negotiation and relationship management
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in skill development or education sector is an advantage
