Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the Unlisted Shares vertical by generating new leads, engaging with existing investors, and driving consistent sales of unlisted equity opportunities. The candidate will take ownership of the entire vertical, manage investor communication, track pricing of unlisted securities, and build a strong pipeline of clients interested in pre-IPO and unlisted market opportunities.


Responsibilities

Responsible for driving revenue generation for the Unlisted Shares vertical through active client engagement and sales initiatives.


Preparing and maintaining a daily price list of unlisted shares based on market activity and available opportunities.


Actively reaching out to existing investors and new prospects to promote unlisted share investment opportunities.


Capturing and managing incoming leads and converting them into active investors.


Maintaining continuous communication with investors through calls, messages, and follow ups to build long term relationships.


Educating clients about investment opportunities in pre IPO and unlisted shares and assisting them in executing transactions.


Managing the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client pitching, deal closure, and post sale relationship management.


Tracking market developments, upcoming IPO opportunities, and new unlisted share availability.


Maintaining client databases, sales records, and deal tracking through Excel or CRM systems.


Working closely with management to expand the vertical and scale the unlisted shares business.


Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned for the unlisted shares segment.


Skills Required


Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with investors.


Strong sales orientation and ability to generate revenue through proactive client engagement.


Good understanding of financial markets, equity investing, and unlisted shares.


Ability to manage investor relationships and build trust with high value clients.


Strong analytical and Excel skills to maintain price lists, client databases, and deal tracking.


Highly self motivated and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.


Polished personality with a professional approach to investor communication.


Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and grow a new vertical.



Qualifications

Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications related to capital markets such as NISM certifications will be preferred.



Experience

25 years of experience in financial product sales, wealth management, broking, or investment advisory.

Prior experience in unlisted shares, pre IPO investments, PMS, AIF, or alternative investment products will be preferred.
