Experience: Minimum 5 Years (B2B / Enterprise Sales)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to acquire, manage, and grow large enterprise accounts. The role involves building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, driving high-value deals, and contributing to sustained revenue growth in the enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and close enterprise-level B2B opportunities across mid-to-large organizations.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, closure, and postsale coordination
- Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, HR Heads, L&D Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations aligned with enterprise client needs
- Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Track and manage sales pipeline an provide accurate forecasts and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
- Participate in strategic account planning and upselling/cross-selling initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket, long-cycle deals
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and procurement teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Corporate Training, Consulting, or Technology Services
- Exposure to selling into large enterprises, MNCs, or Fortune 500 companies
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
