Experience: Minimum 5 Years (B2B / Enterprise Sales)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to acquire, manage, and grow large enterprise accounts. The role involves building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, driving high-value deals, and contributing to sustained revenue growth in the enterprise segment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close enterprise-level B2B opportunities across mid-to-large organizations.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, closure, and postsale coordination
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, HR Heads, L&D Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders
  • Develop customized sales proposals and presentations aligned with enterprise client needs
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Track and manage sales pipeline an provide accurate forecasts and reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Participate in strategic account planning and upselling/cross-selling initiatives


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales
  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket, long-cycle deals
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Corporate Training, Consulting, or Technology Services
  • Exposure to selling into large enterprises, MNCs, or Fortune 500 companies
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
