Job Overview

Baraat Catering is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Corporate Catering Sales Executive responsible for generating catering business from corporates across Delhi NCR. The role requires daily field visits to offices, corporates, business parks, and event venues to build relationships and generate orders for corporate meals, board meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and employee events.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, presentable, and comfortable meeting decision-makers in corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Business Development

  • Visit corporates, offices, and business parks daily to introduce Baraats catering services.
  • Generate leads for:
  • Boardroom meetings
  • Corporate lunches
  • Office parties
  • Conferences & seminars
  • Exhibitions & product launches
  • Employee events

2. Client Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with Admin Heads, HR Heads, Office Managers, and Procurement teams.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed catering orders.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a database of corporates visited and contacts made.
  • Track leads, enquiries, and conversions.
  • Share daily sales reports with management.

4. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Focus on repeat orders and long-term corporate relationships.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Identify new corporate hubs, business parks, and exhibition opportunities.
  • Gather competitor insights and market trends.
Daily Work Expectations
  • Minimum 810 corporate visits per day
  • Lead generation and follow-ups
  • Maintain daily reporting of meetings and enquiries
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order execution
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 14 years experience in sales, hospitality sales, or corporate services
  • Experience in catering, events, F&B, or hospitality preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and confident while meeting corporate clients
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with field work
  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR corporate areas is a plus
