Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive with proven B2B experience in the Sports Apparel industry . The role is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate, institutional, and bulk-buy clients. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, strategic sales expertise, and the ability to expand market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting B2B clients, institutions, sports academies, corporates, and bulk buyers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Generate and qualify leads using market intelligence and business prospecting techniques.

Sales & Client Relationship Management

  • Convert prospects into long-term clients by understanding requirements and offering customized sports apparel solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations at customer locations as required.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to strengthen partnerships and trust.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Ensure timely deal closures with accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the sports apparel segment.
  • Share insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.

Sales Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, marketing, and product development) to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 14 years of proven B2B sales experience in Sports Apparel (mandatory).
  • Experience handling corporate or Institutional Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
