We are a young brand, growing rapidly to serve healthy & fresh food & beverage. Our vision is to make healthy food accessible, without compromising on taste. We serve smoothies, shakes, refreshers & millet sandwiches. Everything we do is all-natural, preservative-free & fully transparent.

Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 40+ locations in Delhi NCR, Punjab & Bangalore including places like Amity university, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience mall, Max Group & Fortis group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, Gokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year.

Role Overview-

Drive corporate bulk orders and catering revenue for Basil by acquiring and managing office clients, HR teams, admin heads, and event planners.

Key Responsibilities-

Corporate Bulk Order Acquisition-

  • Identify and onboard corporate offices for:
  • Employee snack programs
  • Team meetings & townhalls
  • Monthly subscription beverage programs
  • Wellness initiatives
  • Generate bulk smoothie, juice, and sandwich orders.
  • Pitch Basil as a *healthy alternative to sugary office snacks*.

Catering & Event Sales- Close catering orders for:

  • Office parties
  • Corporate events
  • Product launches
  • Health & wellness days
  • Conferences & exhibitions
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
  • Ensure repeat orders from clients.

Lead Generation & Outreach- Build database of:

  • HR Heads
  • Admin Managers
  • Facility Heads
  • Startup founders
  • Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, field visits.
  • Schedule tasting sessions in offices.

Relationship Management-

  • Maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure repeat monthly orders.
  • Upsell new menu launches & Basil Special (99 category).
  • Handle complaints professionally.

Revenue Targets-

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets from:
  • Bulk office orders
  • Catering sales
  • Maintain healthy margins while negotiating.

On-Ground Activation-

  • Organize sampling drives in offices.
  • Coordinate wellness campaigns.
  • Represent Basil in corporate networking events

KPIs (Very Important)-

  • Monthly B2B revenue
  • Number of new corporate clients acquired
  • Repeat order percentage
  • Average order value
  • Conversion rate from tasting to paid order

Required Skills-

  • 14 years in B2B sales / HoReCa / catering sales
  • Strong negotiation & closing ability
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • Presentable & confident communicator
  • High ownership mindset
  • Hustler attitude (field heavy role)

Preferred Background- Experience in:

  • Corporate catering
  • FMCG institutional sale
  • Food service sales
  • Cloud kitchen B2B sales
