Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our Corporate Sales and NRI Business vertical . The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the economic markets and equity domain with proven expertise in corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth .
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Sales Leadership: Drive business development initiatives with corporates, institutions, and high-value clients.
- NRI Client Management: Develop and expand relationships with NRI clients, offering tailored investment solutions.
- Market & Equity Expertise: Provide insights on economic trends, equity markets, and investment opportunities to clients and management.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through structured strategies, client engagement, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and corporate houses to expand business reach.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field; CFA/CA preferred.
- Experience: 7-10 years in corporate sales, equity advisory, or financial services, with leadership exposure.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of economic markets, equity instruments, and investment strategies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Salary Range: 7.5 L to 8 L / Annum
Job Location: Ahmedabad - Gujarat
