Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Corporate Reporting Sustainability & Integrated Reports position. The role requires strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulatory disclosures, and corporate governance practices, with hands-on experience in preparing compliant, strategic, and narrative-driven reports aligned with global and Indian regulatory standards this involves preparing sustainability , BRSR Report and integrated reports in alignment with industry-recognized frameworks. Responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing financial and non-financial disclosures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality reports for clients. The role also requires supporting clients in meeting regulatory and stakeholder requirements related to sustainability and integrated reporting.

The candidate will work closely with senior management, finance teams, compliance officers, and external stakeholders to translate sustainability performance into credible, compliant, and value-driven disclosures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified CA or CS
• Minimum 25 years of prior experience in Sustainability Reporting / BRSR / Integrated Reporting
• Experience working with listed companies or consulting firms preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and derive insights
• Knowledge of Finance and familiarity with financial reporting standards
• Excellent Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Customer Service orientation to understand and address client needs proficiently
• Capability in Training and educating clients or internal teams about sustainability practices and reporting standards
• Experience with sustainability frameworks and reporting guidelines such as GRI, SASB, and integrated reporting frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in using reporting tools and data visualization software is an added advantage
