Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
- Manage & lead a Team of CR Executives to achieve the organizational goals
- Motivating the team and helping them achieve targets
- Addressing Team roadblocks and resolving them
- Conducting Team wide meetings to keep all team members aligned to the Targets.
2. Corporate Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Lead the Corporate Relations Team to establish partnerships with industry leaders.
- Engage with HR heads to encourage them to post job openings on our platform.
- Foster relationships with companies to create hiring pipelines for our students.
- Onboard companies to post jobs and hire through our platform.
3. Student Placement & Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with companies to understand their hiring needs and match them with our pool of trained students & Subscribers.
- Achieve the prescribed target.
- Act as a liaison between companies and candidates to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
4. Content & Marketing Support:
- Collect and curate testimonial videos from candidates who secured jobs through our platform
- Use testimonials to enhance our corporate outreach and attract more employers.
5. Webinar & Speaker Management:
- Identify and onboard industry experts as speakers for our webinars.
- Collaborate with speakers to deliver high-quality sessions that enhance brand visibility.
6. Brand Ambassador Program:
- Develop and manage relationships with Brand Ambassadors to enhance our presence in the corporate sector.
- Strategize campaigns with brand ambassadors to increase student placements and partnerships.
7. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Create quarterly plans to achieve placement targets and strengthen partnerships.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on outreach, placements, and partnership status.
- Continuously assess market trends and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-10 years of experience in B2B relations, corporate partnerships, or HR recruitment.
- Proven track record in managing corporate relations and securing job placements.
- A strong network in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and drive results in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and timelines.
- Passion for bridging the gap between education and industry needs
