Were looking for a Corporate Recruiter!
This role will serve to:
- Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
- Coordinating onsite interviews and conducting phone-based interviews
- Proactively identify, recruit and build candidate pipeline using innovative methods to source and develop candidate pipeline
- Facilitating a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled)
- Handle multiple requirements at a time

Who you are
We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set including:
- 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organizations
- Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, consulting senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy and candidate management/offer negotiations.
- Strong internal and external service-orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
- Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise in competitive markets
- Excellent candidate management capabilities including manage salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close"
- Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business
- Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
- Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
