Job Title: Corporate Recruiter Experience in hiring US Recruiters

Location: Bangalore (Minimum 4 days/week from office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to manage internal hiring needs. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, primarily focused on hiring US Recruiters, along with limited HR operations support.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end internal hiring for US Staffing roles, primarily hiring US Recruiters.
  • Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive talent.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, Naukri and headhunting.
  • Ensure a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments using structured and competency-based techniques.
  • Lead offer discussions and negotiations by recommending compensation packages aligned with internal benchmarks.
  • Clearly communicate total rewards including compensation, benefits, company culture, and growth opportunities.


HR Operations (20%)

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR coordination.
  • Manage documentation, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Mandatory experience working in a US Staffing organization.
  • Proven experience hiring US Staffing / US Recruiter profiles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing ability.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interviewing skills with exposure to video, telephonic, and panel interviews.
  • Proficient in resume searching using job portals, LinkedIn, Google search techniques, referrals, and personal networks.
  • Ability to design and implement creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels.
