Corporate Recruiter

Head Field Solutions is hiring Domestic Recruiters for our Noida Sector 57 office (onsite, 5 days a week | 9 AM 6 PM).

We are looking for recruiters with 6 months to 5 years of domestic hiring experience, specifically in fulfilling Business Operations roles such as Sales, Business Development, and other in-house corporate positions.

Key Requirements:

Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and multiple hiring channels

Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles independently

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
