Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) Lead to strengthen our quality management systems, enhance process governance, and drive continuous improvement across software development and support functions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with process owners, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure quality, security, compliance, and automation are embedded into the organizational lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Governance & Standards
- Understand and uphold organizational quality and security standards across core software processes.
- Align internal processes with customer expectations and certification requirements.
- Incorporate applicable global and industry standards into organizational workflows.
- Support implementation and re-certification of relevant quality standards.
- Ensure quality and security by design across development, deployment, and support lifecycles.
Audits & Compliance
- Plan, conduct, and report internal audits as per defined audit schedules.
- Record audit findings in prescribed formats.
- Follow up on CAPAs to ensure timely and effective closure.
- Review deviations from standards and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify effective usage of internal tools and reports.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify process deficiencies and control weaknesses.
- Suggest and implement process improvements and harmonization measures.
- Build templates and tools to support quality initiatives.
- Leverage automation and AI for process analysis and improvement.
- Continuously identify scope for process automation within CQA and across teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and quality metrics.
- Use internal tools (Customer Support Portal, Zoho Projects, Azure DevOps) to extract and interpret data.
- Monitor process performance and track quality improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Define and monitor customer feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure initiatives address stakeholder and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continual improvement.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and training programs.
- Facilitate review meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Promote quality consciousness across the organization.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in the software industry
- Overall 5+ years of professional experience
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to use quality management tools
- Experience extracting and analysing data from internal systems (Customer Support Portal, Zoho Projects, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based solutions for process enhancement

- Strong communication and documentation skills

Authorities
- Conduct internal audits as per defined schedule
